James T. Hudson has been licensed to practice law in California since 1969. He is a civil trial lawyer, specializing in insurance claims, insurance bad faith and legal malpractice.
Mr. Hudson earned an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and a law degree from University of Southern California, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He has lectured for the Defense Research Institute and Lorman Educational Services on insurance bad faith.
